Q: I ordered a VPS, when will I get my log-in information?
A: We will usually email the information to you within a few hours but it can take up to 48 hours.

Q: I need an additional IP address, what should I do?
A: Please submit a ticket with a valid ARIN justification. Each additional IP address is $2/month.

Q: What kind of SLA do you offer?
A: We offer a 99.9% network up-time guarantee. Please refer to out TOS for details.

Q: What is your adult content policy?
A: We welcome legal adult content.

Q: Do you offer managed service?
A: We do not offer any managed VPS service at this time.

Q: How do I set up a PTR Reverse DNS Record?
A: Please submit a support ticket and we will set it for you.

Q: I have a Windows license, can I run Windows on my VPS?
A: Yes, we can install Windows on your VPS and you simply activate it with your own license.

Q: Where are the VPS Nodes located?
A: The VPS Nodes are located in Lenoir, North Carolina.

Q: How much am I charged for bandwidth overages?
A: If you exceed the bandwidth included with your service, you will be charged for any overages at a rate of $0.01 per gigabyte (GB).

Q: What will happen if I don't pay my invoice on time?
A: The service will be suspended after 3 days and terminated after 2 weeks. A 10% late fee is added to all invoices that are not paid on time.
